For causes

How much does Doname cost? Nothing. Doname charges 0% fee on your donations and there's no monthly bill. The only deduction is the payment processor's fee, which exists on every platform.

How does the money reach me? Directly. When you create your page you connect a payment account in your name (or your organization's) and every donation is deposited there, without passing through Doname.

Do I need to be a registered nonprofit? No. You can use Doname as a nonprofit, a collective without legal status, or a creator. You do need to pass the payment processor's identity verification to receive deposits.

What do I need to start? An email address and about 15 minutes. Write your cause's name and story, pick your monthly amounts, connect payments and share your page.

For donors

Do I need an account to donate? No. Pick an amount, pay, done. We only ask for your email to send the receipt.

How do I cancel or change my monthly donation? From the link in every receipt email. It applies from the next charge.

How can I pay? Credit or debit card. For one-time donations in Mexico, also OXXO or SPEI.
